Killarney Kennels is located on the Princes Highway, 8.5km from the heart of Port Fairy, 18km from the Warrnambool CBD and 3 ½ hrs from Melbourne. Inspections welcome. We are open 7 days a week from 8.00am to 11.30am and from 2.30pm to 6.00pm. We are closed Christmas day, Boxing day and Easter Sunday. Our philosophy at Killarney Kennels is that in a kennel environment, not only should the facilities be clean and the food good, but also that each animal should be given time - time for a cuddle or a belly rub or to chase a ball. With many beautiful beaches only a short distance from the kennels, you are welcome to take your dogs out for a run on the beach or a walk and coffee in beautiful historic Port Fairy. Our cattery features large multi-level pens. Our facilities include both large and small kennels set in shady grassed surrounds, with quiet areas available for shy visitors. We offer boarding for dogs and cats, but also welcome other animals (e.g. rabbits and birds). We are easily found on the northern side of the highway, with clear signage at either end and a large statue of a cat and dog out the front. (more).
